Knowledge
The knowledge layer is what stops the agent from making things up. It ingests your help center, FAQs, and any pages you point it at, then retrieves grounded snippets at conversation time.
Sources
- Site crawl — point Blinq at your domain. It indexes pages and re-crawls on a schedule.
- Manual entries — paste short, declarative answers that the crawler cannot reach.
- Files — drop PDFs, Markdown, or plain text. Blinq chunks and embeds them automatically.
Grounding
On every reply, Blinq checks whether the answer was supported by at least one knowledge hit. Ungrounded answers are flagged in the conversations log so you can fix the gap with a new source.
