Scenarios

A scenario is a recorded path through your product that the agent can replay or guide a user through. You teach Blinq once; it teaches your users forever after.

When to use scenarios

  • Onboarding: turn a static checklist into a live walkthrough.
  • Power features: explain rare flows the docs never cover well.
  • Recoveries: replay a fix when the agent detects a known stuck state.

Author a scenario

  1. Open Setup → Scenarios. Click New scenario and describe the goal in one sentence.
  2. Run the trainer in a sandboxed session. Walk through the flow once while Blinq records the steps.
  3. Review the candidate steps Blinq extracted. Approve, edit selectors, or remove dead ends.
  4. Publish. The agent will offer the scenario whenever it matches.
